Newstools for publishers
Content production with editorial oversight
From source to a draft in your CMS, with editorial gates that hold back anything lacking evidence.
Let's talk about your project
Editorial gates
Anything lacking evidence or with incomplete checks stays in review, with the reason in plain view.
Traceability all the way to the CMS
Every piece retains states, sources, prompts, and block reasons from input to draft.
Several languages, one standard
Translation and adaptation with glossaries, style guides, and human review on sensitive topics.
From source to a draft in your CMS
A person decides at this step
- InputCandidates selected by the newsroom, configured rules, or a batch of pieces to translate.
- PreparationAgents check duplicates and usable source text, and prepare the generation job.
- DraftingThey plan, draft, refine, and evaluate; for translation, they apply the glossary and style rewriting.
- Editorial reviewA team member reviews what the policy holds back: no evidence or incomplete checks, no pass.
- Deliveryn8n sends the draft to the CMS with traces, states, and source relationships, with no duplicates.
- MeasurementTimes, costs, errors, and reviews per process to decide what to expand.
One bounded process first; it grows with metrics on savings, errors, and reviews.
What it solves
Your newsroom receives more material than it can turn into stories: selected sources, documents, wire copy, and content that needs translating or adapting for another title. Much of the work that piles up is repetitive: classifying inputs, checking duplicates, preparing a first draft, translating, and distributing the result.
We design workflows that do that work with AI agents and keep editorial decisions with the team. A result without evidence, or with incomplete checks, never reaches the CMS: it stays in review, with the reason in plain view.
How we work
We start with one bounded process, validate it with the team, and expand with metrics on savings, errors, and required reviews. Scheduled tasks, queues, events, and webhooks connect to the tools you already use; we version rules and prompts, measure times and costs, and make exceptions visible.
Inside the workflow, agents plan, draft, refine, and evaluate from one or several sources. Editorial gates apply each organization's policy, and AI-generated text signals are indicative only: a probabilistic signal, never proof of authorship.
For translation and localization we prepare the source, apply translation and style rewriting, and keep the links between originals and localized versions. Protected terms, entities, formats, and approval criteria are defined with the local team, and human review remains part of the workflow for sensitive topics.
What we deliver
- A production workflow connected to your sources and your CMS, which retains states, block reasons, and source relationships for every piece.
- Delivery through n8n to CMS platforms such as Strapi, with traceability records, reconciliation, and recovery of pending jobs to prevent duplicates.
- Glossaries, style guides, and per-language checks for translated versions, linked to the original and connectable to tracking systems.
- Metrics on times, costs, errors, and reviews per process, so you decide with data what to expand next.
Images, voice, video, and social delivery are added as modules with provider-specific setup and validation. Publication always follows the agreed approval policy.
Who it is for
Newsrooms and publishing groups that produce at high volume across one or several titles, publish in several languages, or want to free the team from repetitive tasks without giving up editorial judgment. It works with the CMS and AI models you already have: specific capabilities and permissions are agreed during deployment.
What we have already built
Content Factory is the production system that links Newstools Suite, automation, and your CMS. It collects selected candidates or configured rules, checks duplicates and usable source text, and prepares generation jobs from one or several sources. It is the starting point of every deployment: we adapt it to your newsroom instead of starting from scratch.
