Jarvis: turn scattered messages into trackable work

Work usually arrives through several channels at once: an email, a ticket, a conversation, a Telegram message, or a calendar invitation. Jarvis treats that problem as an operational inbox: it gathers events, preserves their origin, and helps turn them into decisions and tasks. The goal is that a request does not depend on remembering where it was read.

Gather and classify without losing context

The implementation integrates Gmail, Jira, Slack, Telegram, and Calendar; it includes outputs to Telegram and card creation in Trello. Events are normalized and classified in a database. The link to the source makes it possible to return to the original message and understand what triggered the action. Summaries and priority signals help review the day without replacing the original information with an irreversible interpretation.

Each business defines which accounts are connected, which projects they represent, and who can see them. A personal email and a client incident should not share permissions by accident. The health of connections and workflows also matters: an empty dashboard can mean a quiet day or an ingestion process that has been failing for hours.

From an event to a concrete delegation

Jarvis can create work from an event or from a new request. It distinguishes looking up information from acting on systems. Tasks with external effects need approval tied to the content that will be executed; changing that content invalidates the approval. Status and history make it possible to follow the work, review the result, cancel, or decide on a retry.

Jira tracking connects the request to its project and records progress. Trello offers another destination for actionable items. These integrations require accounts and credentials to be configured in each installation: we do not promise automatic access to every tool in a business without that preparation.

Memory with provenance and the ability to forget

The evolution of Jarvis adds explicit memory capture, retrieval, and deletion, with provenance and date. Memory needs its own scopes and permissions; it should not become an undifferentiated copy of every message. We design which information deserves to be kept and how to correct or remove it.

Deploy a secretary adapted to the team

The pilot starts with a few sources, priority rules, and reading tasks. Approved actions are enabled afterwards and their usefulness is reviewed. We define schedules, alerts, budget, and exceptions. Jarvis is a functional base that we adapt to the context of each organization; the specific coverage of connectors, permissions, and operations is agreed and verified during deployment.
